How Our Delivery Service Works

1. We Receive Your Prescription

Once we receive your NHS prescription from your GP, we prepare it as usual. If you use an EPS (Electronic Prescription Service), we’ll receive your prescription electronically from your surgery.

2. Pay the Delivery Fee

There is a small fee of £5 per calendar month for the delivery service. This can be paid:

• Online through our website
• In-store at the pharmacy
• Over the phone
• Directly to our driver upon delivery

3. Prescription Charges (If Applicable)

If you pay for NHS prescriptions, payment must be made before delivery. Please call us on 023 8122 9024 to arrange secure payment.

4. We Notify You

On the day your medication is out for delivery, we’ll send you a text message notification.

Make sure we have your up-to-date mobile number on record so you don’t miss any updates.
